My name is Bozhen Liu. I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at the George Washington University.
My areas of specialization are Regional and Urban Economics, Development Economics.
My current research applies economic theories and advanced econometric methods to deepen our understanding of the housing market and internal migration in China. My research provides evidence about whether and how government interventions may play a role in promoting home-ownership and sustaining housing market development. My research also advances the understanding of migration decisions and the consequences of labor mobility on regional development.
